Important Notes and Definitions

1. What do we mean by "digital projects"?

   All services described as projects on our platform include the conception, design, and technical implementation of digital content and interfaces. This includes websites, visual identities, and content management systems. Physical products or services outside the digital space are not included.

2. Does the collaboration start from the offer or from the contract signing?

   The binding start of a collaboration occurs only after written confirmation of the offer by both parties. Verbal agreements or non-binding cost estimates do not establish a claim to services. All conditions are transparently recorded in the contract in advance.

3. How are creative ideas and concepts protected?

   All concepts, sketches, and drafts developed within the scope of a project remain the intellectual property of the creator until full payment. Passing them on or using them by third parties is not permitted without express consent. After acceptance, the usage rights transfer to the client according to the contract.

4. What happens in the event of delays caused by the client?

   If required content, feedback, or decisions are not provided in a timely manner, the project schedule will be adjusted accordingly. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions. In such cases, we reserve the right to set adjusted deadlines unilaterally.

5. Is there a warranty for the created digital content?

   We guarantee that the delivered work is free of technical defects at the time of handover and meets the agreed specifications. Subsequent adjustments or extensions that are not part of the original scope of services will be charged separately. There is no warranty for permanent functionality in the event of third-party changes.
